Privacy Policy — Tecnocent REDLEMON Ads Research

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to Tecnocent REDLEMON Ads Research, an internal application operated by Tecnocent, S.A. de C.V. for REDLEMON. It supplements REDLEMON's general privacy notice and explains how this application accesses, uses, stores, shares, retains, and deletes data obtained through Google APIs.

Google data the application accesses

The application uses organization-controlled authorization to access only Google Ads data for accounts that Tecnocent is authorized to manage. Depending on the internal workflow, this can include:

• Google Ads account identifiers and descriptive metadata, such as account name, currency, and time zone.
• Keyword planning information, including keyword ideas, historical search-volume estimates, competition indicators, and bid ranges.
• Aggregate Google Ads reporting metrics needed for internal performance analysis.
• OAuth access tokens and technical authorization information required to establish the API connection.

The application is not designed to access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, consumer Google profiles, payment methods, customer lists, remarketing audiences, or end-customer personal information.

Why and how Google data is used

Google Ads data is used only to provide the application's internal features: researching Spanish-language keyword demand in Mexico, grouping keyword opportunities, reviewing aggregate advertising performance, and helping authorized staff prioritize REDLEMON business-to-business landing pages, content, product categories, and future Google Search advertising plans.

The application does not use Google user data for personalized advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, data brokerage, sale of data, or training generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Results are reviewed by authorized personnel and are not used to make automatic changes to Google Ads accounts.

Storage and security

Credentials and authentication material are kept in access-restricted configuration storage outside the source-code repository. API requests use encrypted HTTPS connections. Access is limited to authorized Tecnocent personnel and approved contractors who require it for the purposes described here. Secrets are not included in analytical exports or ordinary application logs.

Keyword and aggregate reporting results may be stored in internal reports, CSV files, spreadsheets, or analytical work products. Reasonable administrative and technical controls are used to protect these records against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Sharing and disclosure

Tecnocent does not sell, rent, or disclose Google user data to data brokers, advertisers, or unrelated third parties. Data may be processed by service providers only when necessary to operate the application and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations, or disclosed when required by applicable law.

Retention and deletion

Google Ads research and aggregate reporting results are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for internal planning, comparison, audit, and legal obligations. Stored work products are periodically reviewed and deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Authentication credentials are revoked or deleted promptly when access is no longer required.

An authorized account administrator may revoke the application's access through Google Ads account access settings. Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, or revocation can also be sent to simon@tecnocent.com. Tecnocent will respond in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the application's functionality or data practices change. The current version and its effective date will remain available at this URL.
